Sylvia MayCHOAKEPassed away peacefully on 14th August 2024 at Derriford Hospital, aged 88 years.
Devoted wife to Brian (Deceased), dearly loved mother to Debra and Ian and mother-in-law to Tony and Christine. Treasured grandmother to Nicola, Leanne, Karen, Mark and Laura. Treasured great-grandmother to Zac, Max, Ellie, Luke and Reuben.
Now reunited with Brian.
Funeral service to take place at The Park Crematorium on Monday 9th September 2024 at 2:30pm.
